A business analyst is required to come on board the disaster recovery and service continuity management team on a global scale. The role itself covers service continuity, disaster recovery, problem management, 3rd party software implementation, IT security and audit and to maintain the service documentation.
A strong business analyst is needed with excellent skills and experience in J2EE, IIS, Sybase, Oracle, UNIX and Websphere. An understanding of ITIL and IT services management and the full project life cycle is necessary and a financial services back ground is preferred but not essential.
